Many people celebrated Independence Day (July 4th) with fireworks, family get-togethers, and remembrance of lives lost that made this day possible. As I pondered on what I would say about my own “independence,” I was drawn to a picture in my house of a bathroom sink that says, ” wash your troubles away.” Sometimes it is not that easy “just to wash troubles away.” Celebrate who you are and your independence. The ability to empower and inspire people is my journey in life as a Life Coach and a Mental Health Therapist. Life is complicated with not many choices for some individuals, and for others, life may be simpler, but it is time to live up to your potential to live your best life. The freedom and liberties of embracing your individuality, whatever that may be, is your independence. Whatever the word “independence” means to you, remember that you have the freedom to make whatever change you want. Be free to be YOU!
Good post. I learn something new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon everyday. It will always be interesting to read articles from other authors and use a little something from their sites.
Thanks for your blog, nice to read. Do not stop.
