Today is the day to move. Move your arms, move your legs, move, and be invigorated. During this pandemic, many people have found themselves putting on extra pounds, suffering from anxiety and depression. How about moving? Moving to the beat of your drums by doing the things you love, but how do you find the inspiration needed to take the first step? Finding the strength to motivate yourself to a newer you means setting a goal to get you there. Sometimes when you can’t find someone to exercise with or the motivation needed to empower yourself, look at yourself in the mirror and ask, “am I happy with the reflection looking back at me?” If not, it’s time to shift your mindset. Keep moving, gain clarity, and feel empowered to find that safe place to dump all the extra stress and unwind. Whatever you do, get MOVING!  Now you wonder why I am called the Empowerment Coach.
