For the past four months, I have been processing what’s happening in the world today. I’m human and had to take a break. I practice what I preach in life coaching and, as a mental therapist, help to process fears associated with the pandemic and how many are on edge. I realize I was also affected by the world’s weight as to the mass shootings and loss of life.
It’s ok to take a break for self-care and unplug from the outside noise. I appreciate my followers who have missed my posts and waited diligently for my return to resume providing positivity and encouragement. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, please seek help from a mental health or medical professional. Until next time, be good to yourself and invest in self-care to put yourself first. It’s ok!
