Before I sit with a client as a Life Coach or Counselor, I clear my mind of excess noise. Life can be filled with a lot of noise. In my profession, it is my job to listen, process, and support the client’s needs. When our lives are filled with a lot of noise, and we don’t take the time to regress and clear the mind, it can lead to carrying around excess baggage that can distort one’s thoughts and not living a care-free life. Take the time to remove the excess chatter, the unimportant things that keep you awake at night. Let go of the extra weight of the world by letting go of those things weighing you down from reaching your potential. Lighten the load by clearing the mind through meditation, taking a walk, or journaling to begin integrating peace and tranquility into your life. The change starts with YOU!
