Today I was inspired to celebrate my dear friend’s grand opening of her business: Arise Counseling and Psychotherapy Services LLC, located in TX. As one of her guests, I was honored to be a panel of great coaches and counselors selected to celebrate and showcase her talents. I had forgotten about my unique talents and was reminded that we all have something special and to continue posting as it has helped her and others.
Never give up on your dreams. Instead, surround yourself with people who can walk alongside you to help you reach your goals. As an Empowerment Strategist Life Coach, and Clinical Mental Health Therapist, I get caught up in helping my clients heal and restore and not push myself out of the box to achieve my dream.
It takes someone like my friend to remind me of my authenticity and genuineness. Thank you to Tamera Brown of Arise Counseling and Psychotherapy LLC and Tanya Bankston of Counseling Beyond Borders, that support me in every way to building my dream.
Don’t be afraid to become the best version of yourself. Step out, stand strong and achieve the dream, whatever that is, and own it, so that one day, you can look back and have no regrets.
